The Warren Neighborhood Initative unlike many non-profit organizations put 100% of its revenue towards our Projects and Initiatives for 2016. An effort to increase the target area of our focus to achieve our mission. WNI was awarded the Gold Seal of Transparency by Guidestar.org in 2017 for our continued effort to be a transparent nonprofit organization.

OUR STORY

Founded in 2016 by our current Executive President, D'Andre Bowers, WNI was started to help a dying community that he was born and raised in, grow and thrive within the community. Bowers strongly believed that by empowering the people within the community you can lead to overall growth within the city. Bowers built WNI to aid in the growth of communities through community and economic development.

OUR VISION

The National Warren Neighborhood Initiative also known as WNI, is a Non-profit, Charitable, Community & Economic Development Organization based out of Warren, Ohio. WNI's mission is to aid in the Community/Economic Development and revitalization of neighborhoods across the United States but primarily focusing on low-to-moderate income communities within Northeast Ohio.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

A Non-Profit of 2018, WNI has strong partnerships with Fortune Tech Companies such as Microsoft, Apple, Verizon Wireless, and Google. These partnerships help us achieve the ability of spreading and impacting the largest area for our mission statement to become more nationally known. Our employees, officers, and directors are all equipped with high quality networking equipment to be easy accessible across the US.
